Monti and Shannon
So, it is no surprise that I am a fan of Julie Harris and her photography talents! It is the reason I hired her for my wedding. I can't say that she is the reason I am doing photography now, because I have enjoyed it for some time now. What I can say is that she is an inspiration to me. I was honored when she asked me to help her out with one of her weddings. I hope to be working with her more in the future! Thanks Julie!

Beth and Mason
Beth was so kind to let me come and photograph her wedding. Her official photographer was Dee Woods, who was also wonderful in letting me participate. The site was beautiful, but nothing could compare to how BEAUTIFUL Beth was that day. Mason looked dapper as well! I played around with some ideas I had for the reception, in making the "look" more grainy and old fashion. I really like the outcome. Thanks to Beth and Mason- and congratulations!

Lucy and her boys!
Some of you might recognize Luke, he is one of my first blogs. He just turned one and we were celebrating with a photo shoot- and of course, family pictures were in order. Luke is still the happiest baby ever (not sure if Lucy and Matt would always agree) but I have never seen him upset. He just smiles and smiles! Jack, his big brother, is three and was ready to hit the playground the second we got there. He held out a bit, then we let both of the kids loose. I had to throw in a picture of just mom and dad, cuz sometimes that gets missed when little ones are around, doesn't it? Matt and Lucy, thanks so much for letting me capture your beautiful family and always believing in me! You guys are the best! xxoo!
Chelsey & Nathan
Chelsey and Nathan are hot together and I could not help but capture it. Chelsey and I have been planning this shoot for a while now. Poor Nathan. He was such a good sport about it. I actually think he might have secretly enjoyed it. He is a guy's guy and that translated well in front of the camera. Chelsey is SEXY and the red dress was the icing on the cake. The surprise to this whole thing, is they didn't know they were pregnant at the time of the shoot (they found out the next day), so these photos are very special. We also uncovered what I believe to be an undiscovered mine (probably not), but it makes it more interesting. Nathan was intrigued by the mine, so I told Chelsey, if you can't find him in the middle of the night, he is probably checking out the secret mine. Congratulations Chelsey and Nathan on your news! and thank you so much- it was a blast!
