Kira at Union Station
I have so much fun with Kira! This shoot has been my favorite! Everything felt right. We spent most of our time inside and even ventured upstairs to "forbidden" territory. We, unfortunately, were told to leave from the nice security guard right after the cleaning lady downstairs saw Kira and I on the ledge and screamed up at us "no,no,no". (Don't worry, there was plenty of room) but I think the shots we got were worth it. Thanks again Kira! You are the best!

Sweet Charlie is here!
Shelby had her baby! It is a sweet boy named Charlie! I have not done many newborn shoots, so this was great experience. It is not easy working with "new" people, but he was such a good boy. (I won't mention that he peed all over his face) We kept waiting for him to fall asleep, but he had other plans. I guess Shelby and James should learn early that Charlie is the boss. I especially loved the pictures of him in black and white. I hope you love them Shelby and James.

Stunning! Yee & Brad
I went to a wedding in Colorado Springs this past weekend. I have to say that the bride, Yee, was stunning! She literally took my breath away when the doors opened and she was standing there. She started to cry on her walk out and it made her even more beautiful than she already was! What a moment! Yee and her new husband, Brad, had a blast, but I know the guests enjoyed every second too. What a beautiful and fun wedding! The official photographer for this wedding was Meghan Valentine. I can not wait to see what she came up with, but here are just a few images of mine.
Hadley and Phillips crew!
Some of you may recognize a few faces from this shoot....they are from my first blog posting.
Jamie had her father, step-mother and brother, Travis, in town and wanted to get a family photo session done with them. It turned out to be a double treat for me because her father, Bill, and step-mother, Janet, were newlyweds. They had not had any couple pictures, so I had the pleasure of doing them. Camden is one now and just a spitfire! He is a tough crowd and no body can make him smile or laugh if he does not want to. The funny thing (not really funny) is that during this shoot, Camden got stung by a bee and was smiling right after!? He is a tough cookie! He just gets cuter and cuter by the minute! Jamie and Jason are incredible people and I am happy to call them my friends! Thanks again guys for everything!

Bug hunts, running, flying and M&M's
Everything about the Reyes family says action from the word GO! Sarah is doing a tri, Michael plays racquetball and Gavin and Xander.....well, you can see for yourselves. Gavin, 18 months today, broke his leg one month ago and it did not stop him one bit. The M&M's his parents brought stopped him occasionally. Xander is a character, as you can see by his pictures! Just hang with Xander for a day and you will lose 10 lbs! Sarah and Michael- you have a beautiful family- thanks for a GREAT day!
